Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Web / Digital systems
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing of Web/Digital applications
Validate integrations with payment gateways, inventory systems, loyalty/rewards, and back-office applications
Conduct end-to-end transaction testing (cash, credit/debit, mobile wallets, discounts, returns, voids, etc.)
Log defects, track resolution, and perform retesting
Support automation of POS test scenarios where applicable
Ensure testing aligns with compliance standards
Provide detailed test reports and recommend improvements

Required

5+ years of experience in functional digital testing
Strong understanding of retail/restaurant transaction flows
Knowledge iOS and Android mobile apps
Ability to debug logs using xCode/ Logcat
Experience using HTTP Proxy applications: Charles/Fiddler
Experience using ADB / Logcat/ StackTrace, etc
Experience with Mobile devl tools (Android Studio/Xcode )
Experience with Test/defect management tools (e.g., JIRA,Testrail)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with test automation frameworks
Familiarity with databases (SQL queries for backend validation)
