Business Development Manager – Litigation Support & eDiscovery
HLP Integration is a world-class leader in data and information management, seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new revenue by building relationships with law firms and corporate legal teams. The role involves managing sales processes, generating new business, and representing the firm in various client interactions.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage a targeted list of AMLAW 100, boutique law firms, and corporate legal departments
Generate net-new business across the full litigation support lifecycle: (Forensic collections, Managed document review, Data processing and hosting (iCONECT), Translation and trial support services
Lead initial sales conversations and coordinate closely with the Client Success Manager, Project Management and Technical teams
Lead and support RFPs, pricing discussions, and client presentations
Accurately qualify opportunities and maintain a realistic, defensible pipeline
Represent the firm credibly in front of partners, litigation support managers, and in-house counsel
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of litigation support or eDiscovery sales experience
Prior experience selling services such as managed review, forensics, or hosting
Existing relationships within law firms or corporate legal departments
Strong understanding of how law firms buy litigation support services
Ability to sell value and expertise—not just price
Preferred
Experience at Consilio, TransPerfect, Epiq, KLDiscovery, Lighthouse, or similar provider
Familiarity with iCONECT and comparable document review platforms
Experience working with AMLAW 100 firms
