Approval for invoices, coding on those invoices in the system
Lease administration
CAM reconciliations- annually occurs in Jan for the previous year- goes from Jan to June
After that a little more project based

Strong finance and accounting, reconciliation skills
Very good demeanor
Professional appearance
Professional communication
Excel
Working with large data sets
Looking for someone enthusiastic
Need to be able to work independently
Intermediate math skills and problem solving skills
Preference would be year or 2 of experience
Prefer bachelor's degree
Preferred
Any kind of lease administration experience
