Responsibilities

Lead product development and execution for their product by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization

Collaborate with Product Marketing and Partner Management teams to clearly understand customer pain points

Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products from concept to launch

Write Product Specifications to clearly define requirements, make thoughtful product decisions to solve customer problems, make trade-off decisions, and communicate effectively

Define success metrics and closely collaborate with the Data Science team to analyze product success

Required

BA/BS degree

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, managing full product cycles, integrating customer feedback, and driving prioritization. (Note: this refers to product management experience, not total work experience.)

Experience in solving ambiguous problems and executing complex projects by aligning leadership

Experience in the advertising tech industry

Strong internal and external communication skills

Analytical and data/result-driven. Understand shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience with API integrations and platform development

Familiarity with TikTok's advertising ecosystem

Previous experience working in a startup or fast-growing environment
