Responsibilities
Execute all aspects of multifamily transactions from initial valuation through closing
Create professional Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs) using our Radix platform
Convert 30% of BOVs into signed listing agreements
Build and maintain relationships with 115+ qualified institutional buyers annually
Conduct property tours and facilitate buyer-seller negotiations
Implement our proprietary Buyer Recovery Process™ to convert unsuccessful bidders
Partner with your Managing Director to grow territory revenue to $40M+ annually
Qualification
Required
Active Oklahoma real estate license (required)
3+ years of commercial real estate experience, preferably in multifamily
Proven track record of completing $10M+ in annual transactions
Strong financial analysis and underwriting skills
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
Proficiency with CRM systems and financial modeling software
