Responsibilities
Develop backend services using Java and/or Ruby on Rails
Build responsive, user-friendly frontend applications for monitoring and analytics
Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with microservices
Work with AWS services to deploy and scale cloud-native applications
Support IoT data ingestion and real-time processing workflows
Implement logging, monitoring, and basic alerting for owned services
Participate in system design discussions and code reviews with senior engineers
Support integration of AI-powered features (insights, anomaly detection) as needed
Qualification
Required
4–7 years of full stack development experience
Hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot) and/or Ruby on Rails
Minimum 4 years of AWS experience
Understanding of microservices fundamentals and event-driven patterns
Experience with React/Angular/Vue and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Exposure to IoT frameworks, messaging, or telemetry ingestion (MQTT preferred)
Working knowledge of API gateway concepts and observability basics
Strong fundamentals in system design, debugging, and performance tuning
