Qualification
Required
Self-motivated with strong communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Willingness to learn and follow a structured sales process
Professional, reliable, and coachable
Must be licensed or willing to obtain an insurance license (guidance provided)
Preferred
Prior sales or insurance experience is helpful but not required
