Service Developer
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a skilled individual to join their team as a Service Developer. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills, focusing on creating custom applications and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities
Work with the Service Catalog module and create custom applications
Create request forms, develop integration with external systems, implement security, and enhance the user interface
Implement moderate to complex custom widgets and backend scripting
Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and complex workflows
Develop integrations using APIs, web services, and data imports/exports
Manage Workflows, SLAs, Import Sets, and Update Sets
Create Record Producers and Catalogue Items using Variables and Variable Sets
Schedule jobs, events, and triggers to manage business needs
Create transform maps and Import sets for bulk data uploads
Understand IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes
Engage in ServiceNow Custom Development
Apply Computer Science fundamentals in daily tasks
Qualification
Required
Experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer
Ability to configure ServiceNow ITSM applications
Knowledge of unit testing and client-specific testing
Proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS
Familiarity with SQL and LDAP queries
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL standards
ServiceNow certifications like Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA)
