Responsibilities
Manage product listings, ensuring accurate and complete information, including descriptions, images, and specifications
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any supply chain issues
Maintain and update inventory records to reflect real-time stock levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking
Monitor order processing and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery to customers, addressing any delays or issues promptly
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product visibility and promotional activities
Analyze sales data and inventory reports to identify trends and recommend actions for inventory optimization
Implement and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy across all product-related activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to product handling and data management
Provide support to customer service teams regarding product-related inquiries and issues
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve operational workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, or a similar role
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
