Responsibilities
Overseeing the operational efficiency and strategic direction of multiple parking facilities
Leading management teams
Developing and implementing operational strategies
Ensuring compliance with company standards

Managing budgets
Fostering relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Comprehensive leadership and management skills, with experience overseeing multi-site operations, team performance, and client relationships
Strategic planning and operational execution, including budgeting, resource allocation, and process improvement
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to work collaboratively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field
Preferred
Experience in the parking, hospitality, or facility management industry is an asset
MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
