Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain Windows and/or Linux-based systems and infrastructure
Monitor system performance, availability, and security; troubleshoot and resolve issues
Manage cloud and on-premise environments, including backups and disaster recovery
Implement system updates, patches, and automation where applicable
Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices
Collaborate with IT, security, and application teams to support business needs
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Systems Engineer or similar role
Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and system administration
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Must have a valid working permit in the United States
Must currently reside in the United States
Preferred
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.)
Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards
