Responsibilities

Accurately diagnose and repair John Deere Construction and Forestry equipment as well as other various brands of equipment supported by Yellowhouse Machinery

Rebuild or replace various types of powertrain and hydraulic components including engines, transmissions, axles, control valves, hydraulic pumps etc

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while on duty

Align with safety compliance per company policy

Maintain a clean work environment and properly care for shop equipment and specialty tools provided

Participate in a positive and a relationship building work environment alongside coworkers in Service, Sales, and Parts departments

Related experience required

Ability to maintain and create accurate and comprehensive service reports on tasks performed during service or repair

General knowledge of troubleshooting electrical, hydraulics and power train components

Willingness to participate in company paid training as required

Possess personal hand and pneumatic tools to perform diagnostic, service and repair work on heavy equipment

Carry out instructions or duties provided by the Service Manager or Shop Foreman in an effort to efficiently and effectively service or repair machines

Pass a physical drug screening and possess a driver's license
