Responsibilities
Design, develop and/or maintain a research-focused information database, including integrating data from existing University and departmental data systems
Perform statistical and/or mathematical programming
Assist with various tasks associated with assessment studies, analysis, and evaluation of academic and non-academic topics
Conduct survey research analysis, including administration and logistics, compilation of data results, and presentation and visualization of results
Assist in peer institution analysis and benchmarking activities through querying state and national databases
May provide low-level departmental IT support and serve as a liaison to other units/offices
May provide direct and/or indirect supervision to exempt and non-exempt staff (i.e., hiring/firing, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, approve time off, etc.)

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Statistics, Math, Computer Science or related field
Seven (7) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement
Three (3) years of experience in managing large data sets, analyzing statistical techniques and software, and reporting data in a meaningful format
Preferred
Mission-driven and self-motivated
Experience working within academic setting
Master's degree in computer science or related field
Experience using Tableau software
