Responsibilities

Develop and nurture relationships with law firm partners, senior associates, and litigation support teams in the DC metro area

Present and discuss our services across forensic collections, managed document review, data processing, iCONECT hosting, translation, and trial support

Support RFP responses, pricing proposals, and client presentations

Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with firm stakeholders

Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry functions in the DC area

Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and report progress to leadership

Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth client experience and service delivery
