Maintaining current knowledge of the housing market
Developing client leads
Collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth and professional real estate experience for clients
Qualification
Required
A valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Estate and Real Property concepts
Proven ability in Sales and developing client relationships
Exceptional Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
Proficient communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred
Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus
Experience with property management software or CRM tools is beneficial
