Quick Lube Sales Advisor
Grease Monkey is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Quick Lube Sales Advisor to join their automotive service team. The role involves engaging with customers, promoting automotive maintenance services, and expanding the sales pipeline through effective outreach and relationship management.

Responsibilities
Review service review with customers regarding vehicle maintenance needs and recommend to maintain vehicle and maximize shop revenue
Complete the sales pipeline through tracking leads and follow-ups
Potentially upsell additional services and products to maximize revenue
Complete interactions effectively, utilizing strong communication and public speaking skills to close sales
Support inventory management and inventory control processes related to service parts and accessories
Maintain professional phone etiquette and excellent customer service standards during all interactions
Qualification
Required
Five years proven experience in retail sales in quick lube and/or the automotive industry is required, with preference to independent shop
Strong interaction skills with the ability to close deals effectively
Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a robust sales pipeline efficiently
Strong communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette are essential for success in this role
Preferred
Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or other languages
Experience in public speaking, outbound sales, cold calling, and marketing strategies is desirable
Knowledge of retail math, inventory management, automotive services, and inventory control will be advantageous
