Lead more advanced and complex analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate Client Processing systems

Manage complex external client issues including ongoing client servicing for various programs, post-sales support, resolving operational issues, and product implementations

Provide extensive expertise in communicating needs and issues with internal and external clients, and serve as a subject matter expert for advanced team issues

Actively contribute to innovative product development, product enhancement, and system testing to ensure accurate and efficient processing of higher value transactions
