Build and manage relationships with business owners and executives using our CRM and outreach strategies
Lead structured strategy sessions (discovery, planning, prioritization, and accountability)
Translate business goals into an actionable strategic plan inside our proprietary software
Guide implementation and performance improvement focused on growth, profitability, and execution discipline
Maintain organized client communication, follow-ups, and progress tracking
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills (comfortable leading client conversations with owners/executives)
Analytical thinking and the ability to diagnose business challenges and opportunities
Leadership/management experience (formal or informal—teams, projects, operations, sales leadership, etc.)
Relationship-building skills and consistent follow-through
Entrepreneurial mindset: eager to invest time and resources into building your own book of business
