Business Development Lead
The Junkluggers is a locally owned, fast-growing junk removal and reuse business serving Savannah and the surrounding areas. They are seeking a Business Development Lead who will focus on building relationships, initiating conversations, and growing accounts through outbound outreach and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound outreach to property managers, realtors, community partners, and local operators
Introduce our services and secure qualified appointments
Track outreach activity and follow-ups
Coordinate handoffs for pricing and closing (initially handled by ownership)
Greater ownership of accounts and follow-ups
Collaboration with—and potential direction of—a Community Outreach Coordinator to strengthen top-of-funnel activity
Participation in pricing conversations
Closing opportunities and owning deals end-to-end
Increased performance-based compensation tied to results
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of business development, sales, or outreach experience
Comfort with calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and in-person outreach
Strong communication skills and follow-through
Organized, reliable, and coachable
