Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop Lending Regional Managers and field office teams, setting performance standards and supporting career growth

Serve as a role model for the associations vision, mission, and values, and mentor staff across the organization

Plan and implement strategic initiatives for lending operations, working closely with senior management

Collaborate with other field leaders to drive consistency, share best practices, and support organizational success

Communicate and execute corporate direction across regional offices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Oversee credit administration, monitor adherence to policies, and implement corrective actions as needed

Develop and execute business development strategies to grow lending portfolios and enhance customer experience

Advocate for a sales culture mindset and oversee product knowledge, sales, and servicing training

Ensure compliance with credit policies, procedures, and regulations; address audit findings and maintain internal controls

Serve as a liaison with third parties, including other Farm Credit institutions and service providers

Required

Bachelors degree in economics, business, finance or agriculture and 7 years of related experience in agribusiness, credit analysis or sales, including 5 years of supervisory experience

An Equivalent Combination Of Education, Experience And Skillset sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job

Knowledge in business development, credit extension, credit administration, and portfolio management procedures

Skill in selecting, managing, coaching, motivating and developing diverse teams

Skill in identifying challenging goals, and motivating others to achieve them
