Account Manager
Workflow Magic is a Platinum monday.com partner that helps organizations implement and scale monday.com effectively. They are seeking an Account Manager who will own revenue, build relationships, and proactively expand existing customer accounts.

Responsibilities
Own expansion strategy across assigned accounts
Proactively identify and close:
Monday.com license expansions
Enterprise upgrades
Apps, add-ons, and new products
Lead renewal conversations with a defined upsell strategy
Maintain an active pipeline of expansion opportunities
Identify and close:
Net-new projects within existing accounts
Managed services contracts (3–6 months)
Lead commercial discussions and hand off to implementation teams
Partner closely with Implementation Managers while owning pricing and close
Conduct midpoint check-ins and quarterly account reviews
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
Identify churn risk early and create retention plans
Ensure customers clearly understand the value they’re getting from Workflow Magic
Partner with monday.com Account Executives on co-sell opportunities
Add value through:
Product demos
Custom solution walkthroughs
Services scoping and positioning
Represent Workflow Magic as a strategic partner in sales cycles
Qualification
Required
3–6+ years experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success with quota
2+ years experience working with monday.com (partner, customer, or ecosystem role)
Proven experience driving expansion revenue
Comfort leading commercial conversations and asking for the sale
Experience working alongside delivery or implementation teams
Strong organization and CRM discipline
