DAI Help Desk SME (Order-to-Cash & G-Invoicing)
AppSolut is expanding its team to support Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) financial systems. The DAI Help Desk SME will serve as a Subject Matter Expert with Order-to-Cash and G-Invoicing knowledge, providing advanced troubleshooting, escalation support, and user training.
Responsibilities
Serve as a DAI Help Desk Subject Matter Expert with Order-to-Cash (O2C) and G-Invoicing knowledge
Provide advanced troubleshooting, escalation support, and user training
Support system enhancements, SIT/UAT, and impact analysis
Qualification
Required
Serve as a DAI Help Desk Subject Matter Expert with Order-to-Cash (O2C) and G-Invoicing knowledge
Provide advanced troubleshooting, escalation support, and user training
Support system enhancements, SIT/UAT, and impact analysis
7+ years of experience utilizing DAI or Oracle E-Business Suite Financials
Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution
U.S. citizenship required
DoD Secret clearance required
Hybrid work schedule (on-site 3 days per week)
