Human Resources Manager
Sterling Federal Bank is hiring a Human Resources Manager to oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of the human resources department. This role manages all core functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance to support organizational goals and workplace culture.

Responsibilities
Providing expert coaching to leadership on conflict resolution and attendance management
Managing full-cycle recruitment, staffing needs, and the employee onboarding process
Ensuring organizational compliance with FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, FLSA, and other labor laws
Administering performance management, training documentation, and employee eligibility verifications
Serving as a confidential resource for employees to address inquiries and sensitive concerns
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in human resources management and strategic department leadership
Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations and trends
Strong proficiency in managing talent acquisition and employee development initiatives
Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion while handling sensitive employee data
Experience advising management on complex employee relations and disciplinary matters
