Consult on leave of absence programs and performance management policies
Develop and review client documents and policies for regulatory compliance
Assist in performing HR practice reviews to identify areas for improvement
Facilitate the creation of customized employee handbooks for diverse clients
Qualification
Required
Current residency in the Sacramento, California area
Experience researching HR best practices and employment law regulations
Ability to coach clients on interpreting and enforcing workplace policies
Strong communication skills for developing professional letters and documents
Analytical skills to assess business models and provide tailored HR resources
