Confidencial is a growing pet retail company seeking a responsible, proactive, and well-organized professional for the role of Internal Operations Assistant. This role involves providing hands-on operational support in daily pet care activities, requiring travel between store locations and active participation in operations related to animal care and internal organization.

Responsibilities

Work directly with the Kennel Technician Lead to coordinate and support daily operational activities
Travel between stores to provide operational support and ensure protocols are properly followed
Support operational teams with daily procedures and routines
Verify organization, overall functionality, and compliance with internal standards related to animal care
Identify operational issues, needs, or improvement opportunities and report them to the Kennel Technician Lead
Assist with store openings, closings, and operational coverage as needed
Prepare basic reports and maintain ongoing communication using computer tools
Track and maintain operational information using Excel

Qualification

Bilingual SpanishBilingual EnglishExcelOrganizational skillsOperational leadershipPet care experience

Required

Bilingual: Spanish and English (required)
Valid driver's license and own transportation (required)
Availability to travel regularly to Tulsa and Moore, OK
Strong organizational skills and operational leadership ability
Basic knowledge of Excel and general computer skills (email, reports)
Comfortable working in a pet-focused environment
Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and proactive
Weekend availability as operational needs require

Preferred

Previous experience in pet care, retail, kennel, or operational roles is a plus
