Experience in business and fiduciary duty litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes, financial services matters, internal investigations, regulatory inquiries, and enforcement proceedings

Understanding of how discrete litigation tasks fit into broader case strategy

Ability to draft and argue motions

Experience managing discovery

Experience taking and defending depositions

Experience preparing witnesses

Ability to work directly with partners on case theory and client counseling

Judgment, initiative, and precision in work

Admission to the New York Bar
