Responsibilities
Provide onsite and remote support for IT and OT infrastructure including Nutanix and Azure
Maintain and monitor critical systems, enterprise platforms, and MES environments
Administer Microsoft technologies including Entra ID, M365, Active Directory, and PKI
Act as a technical escalation point for the IT Solution Center Help Desk
Participate in infrastructure projects, documentation, and on-call rotation schedules
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or 2-4 years of infrastructure support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Server administration, Active Directory, and Azure environments
Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as Nutanix, VMware, or Hyper-V
Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and NTP
Experience implementing MFA solutions and managing certificate environments
