Responsibilities
Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase awareness and participation in our programs
Serve as a liaison between our organization and the community, building strong relationships with key stakeholders
Coordinate and supervise community outreach events, including workshops, seminars, and health fairs
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute program initiatives that address community needs
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the community
Represent our organization at public health meetings, conferences, and other relevant events
Deliver engaging presentations to educate the community on our services and initiatives
Provide support and guidance to volunteers involved in community outreach activities
Assist with fundraising efforts to support program development and expansion
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in administrative or supervisory roles
Strong program development and market research skills
Knowledge of public health principles and practices
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to fundraise for nonprofit organizations
Preferred
Background in social work or related field
Experience in volunteer management
