B2B Communications & Sales Representative

They are seeking a B2B Communications & Sales Representative to act as a link between T-Mobile's business solutions and local companies, focusing on clear communication and strong customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Represent T-Mobile professionally as part of the Merchant Row team
Meet business owners and decision-makers face-to-face across Philadelphia
Communicate product features and benefits in a clear, confident, and engaging way
Ask questions to understand current telecom systems and challenges
Demonstrate business phone, mobility, and connectivity solutions
Support the sales process by guiding clients through options and next steps
Identify opportunities to recommend upgrades or additional services
Maintain accurate notes and records of client interactions
Work closely with senior sales and account management teams
Qualification
Required
Confident and comfortable speaking with people face-to-face
Strong in verbal communication and relationship-building
Professional, organised, and reliable
Interested in communications, sales, or business development
Motivated to learn and grow within a B2B environment
Experience in customer service, communications, hospitality, retail, or sales is helpful but not required
