Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries and orders

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

Handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures

Prepare products according to company standards and customer specifications

Provide a positive and friendly customer experience in all interactions

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Assist with additional tasks as needed to support overall business operations

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude

Cash handling experience or ability to learn quickly

Team player with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work atmosphere

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately

Preferred

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
