Marco Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Managed IT & Security Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role involves driving new business opportunities in Managed IT and Cyber Security solutions while collaborating with clients to identify their needs and present tailored solutions.

Responsibilities
Drive new business opportunities in Managed IT and Cyber Security solutions
Lead assessment-led sales engagements, identifying client needs through discovery and risk analysis
Articulate the value of digital transformation, AI, and automation in solving business challenges
Collaborate with internal technical teams to design and present tailored solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle
Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to communicate solution value
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and engage prospective clients
Participate in project management calls to ensure alignment between sold solutions and customer expectations
Maintain full awareness of vendor programs, manufacturer offerings, and industry trends
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and sales processes
Manage the full CRM lifecycle, from opportunity intake and documentation to proposal development and KPI tracking
Qualification
Required
Associates degree in sales/marketing program and 3 years of experience in Managed Services and Cyber Security sales, with a proven track record of success
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, security frameworks, and/or digital transformation strategies
Demonstrated ability to lead strategic conversations with C-level executives
Experience with assessment tools, solution mapping, and consultative selling methodologies
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for technology
