ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR 1-2
Pinecrest Supports and Services Center is dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They are seeking an Administrative Coordinator 1-2 to manage records, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and assist in maintaining documentation for individuals supported at the facility.

Responsibilities
Responsible for filing, purging, merging and maintaining records for individuals supported at PSSC including inactive records
Ensure documents are filed in chronological order and in proper section of the record as per index and guidelines
Ensures signatures, dates, times on all entries and documents are signed and dated appropriately
Maintain disclosure log by documenting release of information from record to staff within the facility
Audit individual records for work product quality and compliance with the facility’s policy and procedures and legal requirements (Title XIX, Standards and Payments, etc.) content, completeness and accuracy
Prepare discharge packet for external agencies receiving discharged individuals
Qualification
Required
No experience or training is required
