Responsibilities
Design and Build: Develop case types, flows, UI rules, and data models on Pega Platform (v7.x / v8.x)
Integrations: Implement and troubleshoot integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MQ, databases)
Performance & Security: Conduct performance tuning and enforce security/access control best practices
Collaboration: Work within Agile/Scrum teams, partnering with business analysts, QA, and DevOps
Consulting Excellence: Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Pega Platform (v7.x / v8.x)
Proven experience as a Technical or Lead Pega Architect on large-scale implementations
Deep understanding of: Case Management, Flows, and UI rules
Deep understanding of: Data modeling and decisioning
Deep understanding of: Pega performance tuning and optimization
Deep understanding of: Security and access control
Hands-on experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MQ, databases)
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with Pega migrations and upgrades
Pega certifications such as: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)
Pega certifications such as: Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
Preferred
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
Experience in regulated industries (Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance)
