Responsibilities

Work directly with large and strategic commercial & industrial and municipal customers to assess natural gas, electric and / or water opportunities and develop a comprehensive sales proposal

Identify and sell Energy Efficiency opportunities

Represent the company in targeted local/regional trade and business shows

One of several points of contact for shared accounts in each Region

One of several points of contact for shared accounts in each Region allowing our medium and strategic customers to speak with a trusted contact versus going into the call center

Represent and advocate for customer needs with internal departments by directing issues to the proper channels for resolution and improving customer satisfaction

Other duties as assigned; including but not limited to, emergency assignments during storms representing the company at business and community events

Participate in community meetings to facilitate productive communication between the company and the communities we serve, including community outreach, special permitting, and answering questions

Manage input of all sales leads and opportunities into company CRM

Manage input of Energy Efficiency leads and wins into the CRM system
