Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and report on the developmental test and evaluation of tactical sensor and/or tactical or fixed communications systems supporting command and control operations
Support the development of strategic test documents such as Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP), test team charters and test schedules
Participate in review and editing of CRC-related program support documentation including test directives and annexes, and Statements-of-Capability (SOC)
Supporting contractor Developmental Test (DT) activities, including but not limited to: Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), System Acceptance Tests (SAT) and Pre-Installation and Check Outs (PITCO) as required. Also supporting operational test (OT), force development evaluation (FDE), and certification for test readiness by identifying deficiencies, verifying compliance with specifications and standards, and demonstrating a stable system configuration
Maintaining knowledge currency in ground based deployable and non-deployable C2 systems
The ability to participate in formal or informal test and evaluation; monitor test results, including the collection and reduction of test data; analyze and evaluate test results and data against mission objectives; perform quick-look analysis to determine mission effectiveness in verifying requirements is highly desired
Review requirements, develop applicable test procedures, test objectives and metrics. Collect and analyze test data in support of test objectives
Document deficiencies and anomalies of systems under test and participate in deficiency review boards

Required

US Citizenship
Master's Degree in an applicable field. A Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of experience; or 12 years' experience may be substituted
CRC operations experience required within the last 5 years
Experience in areas related to using/operating CRC (AN/TSy-7) systems such as Remote Radio Secure Voice Systems, AN/TYQ-23A, communications systems and tactical digital datalinks (Link 11A/B, Link 16, JREAP protocols)
Experience in using and reviewing and implementing USAF Technical Orders (TO) and/or User Manuals
Must have a demonstrated ability to work effectively on a team supporting working groups and test team planning meetings to determine project testable requirements, required resources (including equipment and personnel), and determine appropriate methods to complete the test effort. Provide technical information on developmental and qualification test activities
Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing including communication skills in areas of technical writing, briefings, and formal presentations
Must be willing to work extended hours including weekends and holidays when required to meet mission requirements
Must be qualified and able to travel to worldwide sites as required
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of an integrated test team
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications as required
Must hold current and be able to maintain active Secret clearance

Preferred

Experience conducting, supporting or participating in CRC developmental and operational tests
Experience in test plan development and execution
Experience in collecting, parsing, and validating operational and test related data
Experience applying analysis techniques to system requirements, report findings, observations, and deficiencies
