Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a multi-year enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business strategy
Create and govern current- and future-state architecture documentation, standards, and reference architectures
Lead, mentor, and develop the enterprise architecture team
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align architectural decisions with organizational goals
Provide architectural oversight for enterprise initiatives, including manufacturing and operational technology environments
Evaluate emerging technologies and support initiatives such as cloud migration and infrastructure modernization
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure architectural effectiveness, compliance, and business value
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture
Demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role
TOGAF 9 Foundation (Level 1) and/or Certified (Level 2)
Advanced cloud architecture certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure AZ-305 or equivalent)
Security architecture certification such as ISSAP
IT service management certification (ITIL 4 or higher)
Strong hands-on architectural expertise across networking, systems, and security domains
Experience supporting OT and manufacturing environments
Preferred
Experience demonstrating business value through ROI, TCO, or efficiency metrics
