Responsibilities
Primary focus points will include accident prevention, EHS regulatory compliance, managing risk mitigation, environmental management systems, and EPA certification systems
Compliance with RCRA, EPA, TSCA, EPCRA, CERCLA, and state/local, and Clean Air/Water Acts
Ensure all requirements as specified by the semiconductor manufacturer of equipment systems are attained on equipment operations, repairs, modifications, maintenance, and aligned with environmental protection requirements
Primary strategic point of contact regarding all EHS environmental factors in guidance for a safe working environment for employees, vendors, and visitors
Responsible for supporting and troubleshooting environmental utilities including all departments in a semiconductor manufacturing facility
Qualification
Required
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Environmental related degrees
5+ years' experience with Environmental systems designs in various settings including design, construction, equipment installation, operations, maintenance with site facilities
Familiar with EPA permitting, OSHA, ISO 14001, water, wastewater, UPW (ultra-pure water), air purification, certification process, and identify to mitigate monitored risk
Demonstrates competence and comprehensive knowledge concerning adjacent disciplines such as automation controls, water, gas, chemicals or environmental
