Responsibilities

Facilitate all virtual (VTC/Teams) and in-person meetings, including scheduling, technical setup, and logistical support for travel
Coordinate and support technical interchange meetings (TIMs), ensuring effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders
Support weekly synchronization meetings, preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items
Manage and track IVO-delivered findings, ensuring contract letters are sent to developers for remediation
Coordinate and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) from and to the IVO
Facilitate the resolution of security and IT issues and requests for the IVO team
Coordinate activities with three different contractors providing Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), ensuring proper functionality and availability and delivery
Track and review the Integrated Management System (IMS)
Contribute to the development and implementation of future sustainment plans
Provide general administrative support to the software team as needed

Required

U.S. Citizenship
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent discipline
At least 3 years of program management or equivalent experience post degree
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Active Secret clearance required to start, TS eligible and be able to maintain a DoD Clearance

Preferred

5 years of program management or equivalent experience post degree
Proven experience in a coordination or support role
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms (e.g., VTC, Teams) and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Experience with contract management and vendor coordination is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
