Responsibilities

Close escrow files across multiple states in accordance with state-specific laws and requirements
Review title commitments, lender instructions, and closing documents for accuracy and compliance
Prepare and balance settlement statements and closing disclosures
Coordinate with borrowers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, notaries, and underwriters
Ensure proper execution, funding, and post-closing handoff
Maintain strict adherence to RESPA, state escrow statutes, and internal controls
