Waxing the City is dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best, and they are seeking a Studio Coordinator to enhance the client experience. This role involves greeting clients, managing inquiries, and supporting service providers to ensure a welcoming atmosphere and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

Greeting and checking in customers when they arrive at the studio

Assist with client inquiries, educate clients about our service offerings, product selection and membership program

Additionally, this position will manage the schedule and provide creative solutions to problems helping maximize the client experience and provide support to the service providers

Rescheduling clients if needed

Participate in defined community outreach events
