Leads critical physical security projects across a Fortune 10’s global datacenter infrastructure
Designs and oversees the deployment of security systems (e.g., access control, surveillance, alarms)
Manages cross-functional teams
Ensures timely, compliant delivery of services

Qualification

Required

4+ years in security program or project management
4+ years of site/construction management experience
4+ years managing physical security system deployments
Experience with security systems in a data center or similar critical infrastructure
Strong communication and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data-driven process improvement
Hands-on experience with security system integration and technical oversight (Lenel, Genesis, CCTVs, or similar)
