co:collective is a creative and strategic transformation partner for purpose-led organizations. They are seeking a Mid-Level Conceptual Copywriter to help brands define their next chapter by crafting impactful narratives and driving business transformation through innovative ideas.

Responsibilities
Drive and own the ideation phase of projects, generating and championing a high volume of big ideas and interesting solutions that address client challenges at the highest strategic level
Conceive of concepts that are designed to shift businesses and culture, going beyond simple communications to influence product, service, and organizational behavior
Serve as the creative link between strategy and creative output, translating deep strategic insights into innovative creative platforms and actionable ideas
Write, edit, and refine the essential, high-leverage copy: brand manifestos, purpose statements, vision papers, high-level narratives, and platform concepts—all stemming from your core ideas
Actively participate in strategic planning, workshops, and client presentations, ensuring the creative ideas are conceptually groundbreaking and strategically vital for long-term impact
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of professional copywriting and big idea experience, ideally within an advertising, branding, or creative consultancy environment
Strong Portfolio: Your book heavily features conceptual work, big ideas, and interesting solutions, rather than solely focusing on final execution pieces
Proven track record of contributing to strategic phases of projects, demonstrated by being a key voice in defining what to say and how to solve it, not just how to write it
Experience in roles where the work successfully influenced client business objectives and brand purpose at an organizational level
Demonstrated exceptional ability to distill complex strategy into compelling, high-level narratives (manifestos, vision papers, core purpose language)
Experience working with purpose-led organizations or brands, where the core challenge was aligning business success with social/environmental impact
