10+ years expKATBOTZ® is seeking a highly experienced SAP Product Costing Consultant with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and costing solutions. The role involves leading and supporting end-to-end SAP Product Costing processes while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical partners.
Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP Product Costing (CO-PC) design, configuration, and implementation
Configure standard costing, actual costing, cost component split, and overhead calculations
Implement and support Material Ledger with Actual Costing
Perform cost analysis, variance analysis, and inventory valuation
Integrate CO-PC with MM, PP, FI, SD, and CO-PA
Support S/4HANA implementations, conversions, and system optimizations
Conduct business workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design
Lead UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support
Provide production support and continuous process improvements
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices and documentation
Qualification
Required
10+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on CO-PC / Product Costing
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (implementations or migrations preferred)
Strong knowledge of Material Ledger, cost object controlling, and variance analysis
Experience in manufacturing industries (discrete, process, or mixed)
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and SAP integrations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in remote / global team environments
Preferred
Experience with CO-PA (Margin Analysis)
Multiple end-to-end SAP implementations
SAP Certification in CO or S/4HANA Finance
Consulting background or global project experience
