We are seeking an experienced Accounting Controller to lead our accounting, treasury oversight, risk management, and quoting functions, managing a team responsible for accounts payable and treasury, accounts receivable, and bids and quoting.

Responsibilities

Lead accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts receivable, and oversight of accounts payable and treasury

Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes in accordance with GAAP

Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures

Oversee treasury management, including 13-week cash forecasting, ABL reporting, and working capital monitoring

Lead the annual budgeting process; support the Director of FP&A with periodic forecasting and scenario analysis

Manage the bids and quoting team; implement processes for legal/contractual review of proposals and risk mitigation

Coordinate annual corporate insurance renewals and support ongoing risk management activities

Collaborate with sales, operations, and executive leadership to align financial and business strategies

Build and promote a collaborative culture within the finance function and across the organization

Lead, mentor, and develop accounting and quoting staff to ensure high performance and professional growth
