Responsibilities
Lead the Chartwell Branch with purpose and energy
Develop, lead, and manage the performance of the branch
Build strong relationships with customers and the community
Support a diverse team of Banking Specialists and Customer Service Representatives
Drive business success and customer loyalty
Shape customer experiences through spaces, technology, and capability
Qualification
Required
Proven recent experience as a successful bank manager, leader, and lender
Highly developed interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
Expert knowledge of the financial services industry
Deep understanding and experience in consumer lending
Demonstrated experience in leading change
A strong commitment to coaching and developing others
Preferred
Familiarity with foundational business lending
FA qualification
A solid understanding of the local area
A tertiary qualification in Business
