Regional Director of Business Development
Third Shift Pro, a medical staffing agency, is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to secure new facility contracts. This position is ideal for a seasoned healthcare sales professional with established connections in hospitals or post-acute care settings.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new healthcare facility partnerships
Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and onsite meetings
Deliver presentations and negotiate pricing and contract terms
Prepare proposals, MSAs, and rate structures
Secure fully executed contracts
Work with our operations team to activate new accounts
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of healthcare sales, staffing, or BD experience
Proven track record closing facility contracts
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in a commission-only role
Business development: 3 years (Required)
Willingness to travel: 25% (Required)
