Responsibilities

Join an engineering team that sits in between the platform and all of the experience teams

Build out reusable bits that make the experience team's job more efficient

Help experience teams with their work to ensure best practices and repeatable patterns are defined and leveraged

Supplement the team with additional engineering capacity

Contribute to architecture/design decisions and produce at a high velocity

Required

Hybrid onsite - Brooklyn Park, MN (must be local to Minneapolis, MN area)

W2 hourly (no C2C)

Work authorization: US Citizen or GC holder

Excellent debugging, performance and optimization skills

Excellent knowledge of working with dynamic data using services (e.g., JSON, REST APIs, etc.)

Experience in building highly scalable distributed systems

Experience with continuous delivery in mobile, including Test- or Behavior-Driven Design, code review, static analysis, continuous integration, automation and functional testing

Strong proficiency in React, CSS, TypeScript, React Testing Library, Cypress, Git, and consuming RESTful web services

Understanding what makes a performant web application and the underlying complexities that influence Core Web Vitals
