They are seeking a Registered Nurse to fill the dual role of Infection Preventionist and Staff Development Coordinator, responsible for leading infection prevention efforts and training staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Lead infection prevention efforts

Train and support staff

Assist with hiring and onboarding

Help create a positive, growth-focused workplace

Educate healthcare staff and patients about infection prevention practices

Monitor, track, analyze data and trends associated with infections, immunizations and antibiotic use

Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents

Support a respectful and positive work environment

Required

Active Indiana RN license or ability to obtain Indiana license

The Nursing Home Infection Preventionist Training through the CDC (can be provided at this facility upon hire), or advanced training in infection prevention and control
