Qualification
Required
Extensive sales and business development experience, with demonstrated ability to create and implement strategies to drive growth and revenue
Proven expertise in marketing, including digital campaigns, brand development, and market analysis
Leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring high-performing teams
Strong communication, relationship management, and networking skills across diverse stakeholders
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and experience in home health and hospice services is a significant asset
Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to navigate dynamic business environments
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
