Responsibilities

Create new campaigns and ideas for our positioning: Come up with new ideas and positioning for our wide range of services
Design and create marketing visuals in Figma : Social media graphics, infographics, case study layouts, and campaign visuals that align with brand identity
Develop and write marketing content : Social posts, newsletters, landing pages, and case studies that resonate with a B2B audience
Plan and maintain a content calendar across web, social, and email channels
Manage and update the company’s Webflow website : Build pages, optimize for SEO, and ensure strong UX
Lead social media strategy and execution , focusing on organic growth and engagement on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
Track and analyze campaign performance using Webflow, GA4, and LinkedIn analytics , reporting insights and recommendations
Occasionally support light paid promotion for strategic campaigns
Stay current on B2B marketing trends , SEO updates, and design-driven storytelling techniques
Create whitepapers showcasing offerings and case studies

Qualification

Required

2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or design, preferably in a B2B, SaaS, or creative tech setting
Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end from concept to execution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong editorial sense
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple projects and priorities
Strong understanding of B2B audience dynamics, messaging tone, and professional engagement patterns
Skilled in crafting concise, on-brand copy for digital campaigns and B2B storytelling
Proficient in designing digital assets, layouts, and visuals for social, email, and web using Figma
Experience managing CMS collections, optimizing SEO, and building responsive pages using Webflow
Working knowledge of GA4, Webflow Analytics, and LinkedIn Insights
Understanding of keyword targeting, metadata, and organic optimization
Experience managing and growing organic presence, especially on LinkedIn

Preferred

Experience at a B2B company or a digital agency is an added plus
Tools (Nice to Have): HubSpot, Mailchimp, or lightweight automation/AI content tools
